Dr. Onyema Otitodiri Ogadinma is a Postdoctoral Fellow with Open AIR, Centre for Law, Technology and Society at the University of Ottawa. Dr Onyema research centers on the Impact of Regulation for Innovation on Foreign Investment in Developing Countries: The Dynamics of Police Powers Doctrine in Focus. He holds LLM and a Ph.D in law from Abia State University, Uturu, Nigeria. 

Dr. Onyema is an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer at Imo State University, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria, with expertise in international economic law and Corporate Law. He is presently the school’s Assistant Legal Officer and a member of the Directorate of Research and Innovation (IMSU DR&I).   

He a member of the Bar in Nigeria and the Nigerian Bar Association and also the Nigeria Association of Law Teachers (NALT).
