Ginika Vivian Ezeoke is a Master of Laws student at the University of Ottawa, Canada. She is also the current and inaugural Ian Kerr Fellow. Her areas of research include data privacy, ethical deployment of artificial intelligence, robotics, and technology generally. She is an affiliate of the Centre for Law, Technology, and Society at the University of Ottawa

Ginika is a legal practitioner with over 14 years of experience in dispute resolution and corporate law practice. She has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Abuja and a Master of laws degree (LL.M) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, with a focus on secured credit transactions and environmental law. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and a Notary Public in Nigeria.
