Moses Mulumba, Executive Director of the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD) in Kampala, is also an advocate of the High Court of Uganda. His areas of interest include: global health law and policy; intellectual property (IP) law; and drug and devices regulation. He has a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree, a Master of Law (LLM), and a Master of Philosophy.
Mulumba is an African Advisor to the UN Development Program (UNDP) HIV and the Law Commission, and a Board Member of the Uganda National Drug Authority (NDA). He has been a principal or co-investigator on a number of research projects funded by international foundations and agencies. He joined Open AIR as a Research Fellow in 2013.
