Simão Pelembe, Legal Advisor to the national oil company Petróleos de Mozambique (Petromoc), received his first Law degree from the Polytechnic University of Maputo, and then a graduate degree in Intellectual Property Law and Energy Law from Eduardo Mondlane University.

He sits on the Board of the Mozambican bio-diesel company Ecomoz.
