Anthony Onunekwu Oguguo (Tony) is an LLM student at the University of Ottawa. His area of academic interest is health law/ public policy, and law and technology. He is a research assistant in Public Policy and Administration at the Carleton University, Ottawa, with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and Regulation. Tony holds an LLB from the University of Jos and LLM from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has been a member of the governing council of the Nigeria Health Insurance Authority.
Tony was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He likes International Politics and Diplomacy. He has great interest in sports.
