Elsabe Gelderblom of Farm Design, has been responsible for the visual design for Open AIR since its inception. Projects have included web design, annual reports, books, publications, brochures, posters and banners.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Stellenbosch University, with majors in Design and Photography. She began her career in design and marketing in 1981 and started her own business in 1984, which developed into Farm Design by 2003. She has received a Loerie Award for design, and from the USA, the Clio Gold Award and the Communications Arts Annual Award of Excellence.
