Victoria Schorr specializes in project and relationship management in Sub-Saharan Africa with over two decades of experience in analyzing politics, economics, trade, and business in Sub-Saharan Africa. Victoria holds an MSc in African Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a BA in African Studies from McGill University. She has worked with organizations ranging from grassroots NGOs to the UN, as well as with several Government of Canada departments including Global Affairs Canada. She has several publications, both academic and non-academic.
From 2015 to 2023, Victoria was the Regional Manager of Open AIR’s Canada hub. She remains a Fellow of the Open AIR network, cross-affiliated with the Centre for Law, Technology and Society at the University of Ottawa.
