Anthony Onunekwu Oguguo (Tony) is a Master of Laws (LLM) student at the University of Ottawa where his academic interest is health law and public policy, and law and technology. He is a research assistant in Public Policy and Administration at the Carleton University, Ottawa, with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and Regulation. Tony holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Jos and LLM from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Tony was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990.  Tony has served as a member of the governing council of the Nigeria Health Insurance Authority. He likes International Politics and Diplomacy and has great interest in sports.
