Dennis Oghenerobor Agelebe is a Queen Elizabeth (QES) II Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Ottawa, he is leading a research project on digitalizing energy transition. Dr. Agelebe is an Associate Professor of Law at Jindal Global University in India and serves as an adjunct professor and senior research fellow at the University of Cologne in Germany.  

Dr. Agelebe earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Calabar in Nigeria, a Master of Laws from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, and a Doctor of Laws from the University of Cologne in Germany. Dr. Agelebe is a qualified barrister and solicitor in Nigeria with significant legal practice experience.
