Esther S. Ngom is an Intellectual Property Attorney approved by the OAPI and a member of the Cameroon Bar.

She is Founder and Managing Partner of the MALIGYAN Business Law Firm, based in Yaoundé, Cameroon (www.maligyan.africa), also Founder and Managing Partner of the Yii Intellectual Property Law Firm (www.yii-ip.africa), also based in Yaoundé. 

She teaches intellectual property law and digital law in various training institutions on the continent. And also conducting researches in the same domain of law. 

She is President of the Internet Society Cameroon Chapter, an organization created by the fathers of the Internet to ensure a safer and more accessible Internet for all.
