Prof. Njoku Ola Ama has nearly thirty years of experience as a lecturer and researcher in statistics at the University of Nigeria, the University of Swaziland, the University of Namibia, and his present post at the University of Botswana. He has published extensively in local, regional, and international journals in the areas of education, health, and HIV/AIDS.
Ama holds a Bachelor of Science (Statistics), a Master of Science (Statistics), and PhD (Statistics-Experimental Design) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Ama joined Open AIR at its inception in 2011 and researched and authored a case study published in 2014 titled “Perspectives on Intellectual Property” from Botswana’s Publicly Funded Researchers.
